As indicated by the man, the couple was waylaid by unidentified men in neighboring Etah region the earlier night. The grievance told the police that the men constrained his better half into a vehicle and assaulted her, police authorities acquainted with the issue said.
Police authorities said the lady’s restorative examination did not affirm assault even as specialists of the Samajwadi Party and the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) challenged the supposed police fierceness and requested that the lady be medicinally inspected at Agra’s SN Medical College.
The suspended police staff denounced the objection, who has a place with the Dalit people group, of attempting to document a bogus case and supposedly attacked him at the police headquarters, police authorities mindful of the improvements said.
“The cops at the police headquarters reserved no option to get out of hand with the complainant. Bichwan station official Rajesh Pal Singh and constables Chatra Pati and Krishna Veer have been suspended. There will be a test into the episode,” said Manipuri superintended of police (SP) Ajay Shankar Rai.
Rai included that the police had started procedures to book the suspended SO under the SC/ST Act for supposedly striking the complainant. The SP said they have likewise recorded the man’s underlying objection.
“A case has been enlisted under Indian Penal Code’s Section 376 D (assault), 364 (snatching) and 392 (plunder) against unidentified denounced,” he included.
